Such a lovely place with people who care about cats. I love that the entrance fee helps fund such a great place. We adopted from our sweet kitty from here in late 2025 and would do so again.

Price seems high, 1 dollar a min for 2 people. I could go to a shelter for free. And im sure the cats love attention. But the cats are so cute and sweet and the staff are nice especially one dude who told us about the cats. The place is very cleanly too!

I do support what Mini Cat Town does. The cats did seem largely happy and healthy. It was impressive. We have another shop opening nearby and I hope it does well. But I am giving a drastic one star because the staff were not actively paying attention and moderating the behaviour of one family when I was there a few weeks ago. One family of three was harassing cats left and right. All three kept breaking multiple rules. The kid kept almost stepping on cats and running after them. The mother had a cat hostage in her lap and moved around with her in her arms (against rules) the whole time we were there. The distressed cat eventually escaped and leaped and ran away like crazy. The father kept bothering cats resting in an aggressive way (manhandling them, waving things in their faces when they were trying to sleep) and they would have to relocate to the other side of the room. It was awful to watch and ruined our experience. They treated the cats like toys. Cats are not toys. We won’t be returning because your experience relies on the luck that other parties are being compassionate and responsible especially since the staff don’t do anything if they misbehave. We loved this place!! My husband and I seek out cat cafes when we travel, and when we found out this one was mostly kittens? My husband nearly hyperventilated. The only negative reviews on google maps I saw were from people complaining about the rules, which is a good sign to me! The price of admission was reasonable. The rules are reasonable and understandable. The room is large and clean and the kittens are so cute!! I would come back anytime. Highly recommend!

This is a nice lounge to chill and be with some kittens. Right now since it's still covid only pay $15 per adult 13+ and $10 per kid 12 and under for 30 minutes. If it's not busy you can ask if you can go longer, but depends on the owner. I volunteer and also donate to help the company. I enjoy every customer coming in and smiling when seeing the kittens.
